 This glossy Mahogany tenor from Kala is just beautifully elegant. The higher grade Mahogany used in this instrument, though only a laminate, is gorgeous and displays a magnificent grain line that pleases both eyes and ears. Its cream purfiling and matching rosette really bring out the beauty of the wood without being too flashy or busy. It has a sound somewhere between a typical concert and tenor, with the brightness of a concert and the full sound and volume of a tenor!
