We realize that it's difficult to shop online for something as personal as a ukulele, and sometimes it just doesn't work out! Our set-up process and hands on approach to quality control helps to insure you get the most out of your shiny new uke, but sometimes it just isn't the right fit.

We offer a no questions asked 14 day window for returns for a full refund (minus original shipping costs) and a 30 day exchange period.  This means that you get two weeks to play and evaluate your beloved ukulele to make sure it's the one.  If you don't love it, you can send it back and get your money back, however the buyer assumes responsibility for the shipping costs.  

We offer a 30 day exchange period as well.  This means that if you mostly love your uke, but wish you had gone for that other one you were researching and eye-balling on our site, you can send back the one you bought and exchange it for another one!  In this case the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as any difference in price between the uke models.  If you exchange for a model of lesser cost, we will refund you the difference.

If there is a defect or problem with the instrument you purchased, don't worry, we will absolutely stand behind the quality and value of the instruments we sell.  This sort of situation is very rare due to our set-up process, but if it happens, we will repair or replace the uke free of charge.  You have 14 days to notify us of any problems.

For all returns or exchanges the instrument must be in absolutely new and undamaged condition.  Please ship it back with all of the original packaging and contents and in the same box that it arrived in. PLEASE NOTE THAT INSTRUMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED BY THE INSTALLATION OF A PICKUP ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY!

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after we receive the returned instrument.

If your uke has been damaged during shipment, please let us know immediately!  We will have to take action and make a claim with the shipping agency, and we may require pictures of the original packaging, so hang on to it!
